Print My Plate, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) holds high standards for the quality of our weightlifting equipment. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and damaged goods purchased through [www.printmyplate.com] (“Website”).
Because every plate is custom-printed to customer specifications using chosen pre-colored plate blanks, customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
Please carefully review your design preview, plate colors, dimensions, and text before finalizing your order.
PLEASE NOTE:
Before Printing Begins: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Production Begins: Once your order has been sent to our print facility for custom decal application (typically 24–48 hours after order placement), cancellations or design modifications are no longer permitted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error that deviates from your approved digital preview, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
How to Report an Issue:
Email customer support at [[email protected]] within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing:
The defect, damage, or design discrepancy.
The original shipping box and packaging materials.
Upon claim approval, we will ship a replacement plate at no additional cost, or issue a store credit/refund at our discretion.
Note: Minor color variations between digital screen previews and final physical powder-coated or printed finishes do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
If you purchase standard pre-colored blank plates without custom printing:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, or the customer can be sent their design in the mail for free to later apply to their blank plate.
Items must be unused, unworked, and in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to freight weight, the customer must pay 50% of the shipping fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
B2B and commercial orders are governed by the terms signed in your individual Sales Agreement or Purchase Order.
Custom B2B orders are non-refundable once production or coating is authorized.
Freight damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) upon arrival and reported to us within 3 business days.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms for order processing, fulfillment timelines, freight logistics, and delivery conditions for orders placed through [www.printmyplate.com] (“Website”).
We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes due to freight dimension and weight restrictions on gym equipment.
For Your Understanding of Our Process:
Made-to-Order Fulfillment: Every weightlifting plate is customized based on your selected blank plate color and submitted design model. Orders undergo a multi-step workflow before dispatch (please note delays can occur and these are time windows rather than exact dates):
Days 1–3 (Design Verification): Artwork and design specs are reviewed and queued for production.
Weeks 1–3 (Decal Printing & Curing): Pre-colored blank plates are transferred to our printing partner for custom decal application and finish testing.
Weeks 3–4 (Quality Inspection & Packaging): Completed plates return to our central warehouse (3PL) for final inspection, protective packaging, and palletization.
Weeks 4–6 (Carrier Dispatch & Delivery): Final order is dispatched via freight or heavy ground shipping to your address.
Total Delivery Window: Customers can expect total delivery to take 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order placement. However, we hope to have your product delivered to your destination before this prescribed timeline.
Calculated at Checkout: All shipping costs are calculated transparently during checkout based on order weight, size class, and destination zip code. We use a dynamic pricing model to give you the most optimal price while subsidizing a percentage of your shipping cost for you within the product price.
No Hidden Costs: All applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed prior to final payment authorization. There are no surprise post-checkout fees.
Once your order finishes the printing and quality-control phase and is handed off to our carrier at our 3PL warehouse, an automated tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or LTL Freight) will be sent to your email address.
LTL Freight Shipments: Large B2C orders and commercial B2B shipments may arrive via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight equipped with lift-gate service. An adult signature may be required upon delivery.
Inspecting for Damage: You must inspect external packaging before signing delivery receipts. If visible damage occurred during transit, write “Damaged upon receipt” on the bill of lading/delivery receipt and contact customer support within 48 hours.
B2B commercial orders (gyms, universities, commercial facilities) follow the same 4–6 week production timeframe. B2B clients will be assigned a dedicated representative to coordinate loading dock access, lift-gate requirements, and delivery scheduling.
Freight damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) upon arrival and reported to us within 3 business days.
